I didn't test restoring from a system image backup, but there's no need to do that. Is anyone else experiencing this terrible problem?Įdit1: looks like a common issue. First time this has ever happened and I've been beta testing Windows for 15 years. Like I don't even have a task bar or start menu. Explorer.exe fails to load I cannot open File Explorer or any folders and none of my apps load on start-up.
